aces, your vectors rock, man :)

do you use the pen tool? just wondering, cuz I use the bendy lines, but they don't have the best results on corners and stuff

Nah, I've never touched the pen tool ^^;
I only use the line tool. I hate drawing lines that start at the center. It feel unnatural. o_O
The only bad thing about the line tool, is that it only makes parabolas :/
So if you want a nice rounded corner, you need more than one line. :)
And besides, the line shortcut ('n';) is closest to the 'v', 'm', and 'k', all the tools you need to make a picture. :D

Real songs are about deals with the devil, far-off lands, and where you'd find smoke in relation to water. [link]
Yah, I can't stand using the pen tool either,i tried, but i didn't like the way the disappeared when you clicked the next point. :p

oval are a problem for me too. I can never curve the lines to make an oval, so I usually bend a circle into an oval, but I looks strange sometimes if you don't do it properly, almost like the oval has a bump on top of it ^^; ....

I guess practice makes perfect, though
